Meet the Team
Daniella Juarez, ACWS
BrainSpotting, EMDR PractitionerHi! I’m Daniela Juarez, an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) passionate about guiding individuals through the journey of trauma recovery, personal growth, and self-discovery. I earned my Master of Social Work from Grand Canyon University, where I developed a deep-rooted commitment to strengths-based, client-centered care. I believe that therapy should be a sanctuary—a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can show up authentically, process life’s heaviest challenges, and tap into your innate capacity to heal and thrive.
To offer the highest level of care, I have completed specialized training in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting (Phase 1). These powerful, somatic and neuroscience-informed modalities allow us to go beyond traditional talk therapy, targeting trauma and deep-seated emotional blocks where they are stored in the brain and body. By integrating these evidence-based techniques into our work, I help clients resolve past painful experiences, soothe hyperactive stress responses, and build long-lasting emotional resilience.
Every individual’s path to wellness is unique, which is why I tailor my therapeutic approach to reflect your personal story, culture, and values. At Zen and Health, I combine evidence-based practices with holistic care to ensure that your mind, body, and spirit are supported. Whether you are navigating life transitions, chronic stress, or deep-seated trauma, we will work collaboratively to develop personalized coping tools, nurture nervous system regulation, and foster meaningful, sustainable transformation.
