Meet the Team
Carolina Stewart
EMDR-Trained ClinicianMy name is Carolina, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to guiding individuals and families toward long-term emotional wellness and balance. As a proud Latina therapist who is fluent in Spanish, I bring a deeply empathetic and culturally responsive perspective to my practice. I understand that taking the step to enter therapy can carry unique personal and cultural considerations. That is why my primary focus is cultivating a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely honored, understood, and supported as you explore your life journey.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, seniors, and families navigating complex life circumstances. My clinical background encompasses providing trauma-informed therapy for survivors of domestic violence, supporting individuals managing substance use recovery, and guiding clients through the profound stressors associated with immigration issues. Additionally, I work closely with those adjusting to new chronic medical conditions, helping them build resilience and regain a sense of mastery over their health and daily lives.
I also specialize in supporting families with special needs children, recognizing the unique emotional, mental, and logistical demands placed on caregivers. Navigating neurodiversity, developmental challenges, or chronic childhood conditions requires both specialized understanding and deep compassion. In our sessions, we focus on stress management, family dynamics, and nervous system regulation—giving caregivers the tools and space they need to avoid burnout while fostering a harmonious, supportive home environment.
